* What glyphs do you use for your main spec, what is your reasoning:I am currently using Shadow/Mind flay/Dispersion. I use shadow for the obvious dps increase with better scaling with spirit. Mind flay is the end all be all of glyphs for shadow increasing my dps from mind flay by 10%. Since mind flay is any where from 35-50% of my damage it is needed in any shadow priests arsenal. Dispersion is just there we as shadow priests don't really have a great amount of good glyphs to equip. Now I picked this glyph for fights like H LK for the extra mana in a 18min fight. It also increases our survivability in some instances.
* Do you have dual-spec? If so, what is it?:Yes I do have Dual-spec, I am currently Shadow pve/ Shadow Pvp. I haven't healed in this ex-pac but on a pvp server that I am currently its nice to have.
* If you have a dual-spec are you proficient enough with your other spec to use it in a raid setting?:In the TBC all I did was heal. I told myself this ex-pac that I wouldn't heal. If it was situational I would do it in the betterment of the group, but I am turned off of healing and really love melting faces.
* List the name(s) of your current/past alts:Dollabeaz-80 Aff/Demo Lock. I just got this toon to 80, I started her while progressing though Sunwell. Yea I hate to lvl. But her gear isn't half bad, 4p sanc couple of ICC 25 pieces. I can pull about 9.5-12k dps on her. I have 8/12 HM 25man exp on this toon.
* List your previous guilds and why you left:TBC- I started off playing this game in the middle of TBC- I started off in The Church of Hax we progressed though SSC/TK/Hyjal and broke up while getting geared up for BT.
From there I moved to Death Strikers-I loved raiding with everyone in this guild it was a lot of fun, I quit them due to the fact that Wrath was coming out and I needed to finish school. I could have just keep playing and finished in two quarters or stop playing and crunch to finish my masters. I choose the latter got my degree and transferred to a new server when I came back to WoW.
I transferred to Dragonmaw and started to play with Nerd Rage Ninjas. In this guild I played from Naxx-beginning of ICC. I moved up the ranks of the guild in this time to officer. At the end of normal ICC the GM stopped playing and we(the remaining officers) made Method. I am currently the recruitment officer of Method as we speak. I am looking for a new place to raid due to the fact of, we cant get enough people on to even pull H LK, everyone wants to farm for gear and not put the gear to use. I am also tired of being a general and just want to raid and be calm again.
* Why Plaguechill?:Well I have a couple reasons, one Khadgar is my home server. Its where I learnt how to play this game. Its where I grew up per say in how to raid. I want to come back to that and see all my old guild mates that I haven't seen in almost 2 years now. I think that I can get that in Plaugechill, I know a couple of raiders that you have from TBC.
* Have you ever applied here before? If so on what character(s):No I haven't applied to this guild ever.
* Do you have any references within the guild?:Well, I don't know if I can call them references due to me not being on this server for over 2years now. But Aesbiorn and Omgea I have raided with a long time ago.
* Have you read our guild charter and policies?:Yes I have and comply with all them.
* We generally raid between 7:30-11:30 PM EST Sunday-Wed if there's enough content. Will you be able to keep a high attendance rate with these raid times?:I have never had a problem with attendance I don't miss raids unless of family emergency.
* We use a loot council to determine where an upgrade is best put to use. Our goal is challenge and achievements - loot is merely the tool needed for these. Do you have an issue with this?No not at all, I am not per say a achievement whore, downing the content that is current is good enough for me.

* Do you have a WWS, World of Logs or some other combat log of a recent raid? Wish some would stay up there though.
* Do you have Ventrilo and a mic? Can you be on Ventrilo in raids without lagging or D/Cing?:Yes I have no problems with runing vent and wow at the same time. I do also have a mic.
* Is your internet connection/computer stable?:It is very stable, I currently have roadrunner cable internet. It is hard lined into my computer no wireless bs goning down.
* Are you comfortable giving and taking constructive criticism? (IMPORTANT Note: Constructive does not involve the words Scrub, Noob or Fgt):I love it, giving or taking. I love to talk about my spec I run simcraft all the time to better myself in game.
* What is your favorite boss encounter? Why?I love The Putricide encounter very much it complements my class very well with always two targets to roll dots on along with the movement and communication needed to down him. It probably has to be one of the best encounters that I have done so far.
* Tell us about yourself in a short paragraph. This should contain information about you IRL:Like I said earlier, my name is Dann. I have my Masters from The Fisher School of Business or otherwise known as The Ohio State University in Business Economics. I am a Senior Financial Manager for BMW Financial Services here in Columbus, Ohio. I currently just bought my first home and share it with the women of my life, Vicky my pet red nosed Pit bull. If I am not playing Warcraft or at work I'm probably at a local pool hall trying to hustle people for money or bass fishing.
