Well, All my glyphs benefit my tanking In one way or another. Such as Glyph of Divine Plea Reduces 3% damage from all sources while active. I basically Have all the Glyphs for tanking such as Glyph of Right for a damage increase and also Glyph of Judge..

I have a DPS OS but its not geared.

    * If you have a dual-spec are you proficient enough with your other spec to use it in a raid setting?: No, Not at all.

None.

    * List your previous guilds and why you left:
No Big Deal, reason for leaving was not enough raid time.

    * Why Plaguechill?:
Well, Everyone on Khadgar knows that plaguechill is one of the best raiding guilds! I feel as If I can benefit from this guild and they can benifit from me.

Yes, On Arcmeta.

Uhm, None at all.

Once just skimmed them but Ill read them Throughly.

    * We generally raid between 7:30-11:30 PM EST Sunday-Wed if there's enough content. Will you be able to keep a high attendance rate with these raid times?:
Yes, 100% attendance rate.

    * We use a loot council to determine where an upgrade is best put to use. Our goal is challenge and achievements - loot is merely the tool needed for these. Do you have an issue with this?
None at all, Progression is always great!

Well, Im 20 years of age and I've been threw alot in my life. From what I learned is just eat your damn pride and work for the best! That's right Work not hope! Hope comes once ina blue moon haha. In general I love tlaking to new people and I love meeting new people. I can be a very nice and chill guy that enjoys to raid and play WOW.

    * What else do you have to offer the guild?:
I have filipino food! haha, Cmon who doesn't love a flip? Just kidding haha..  I have a great personality and great person in general for this guild!

I just don't get this, it would take a total of 5 minutes max to read through thoroughly and yet half our applicants never bother (and say so on their applications).  You guys must understand that this is a glaring red indication to us.  It implies that you either really don't care about our policies and goals or are just too lazy to spend the few minutes to learn about the guild you're applying to.  How can we expect you to put into the time needed to learn the fights and even your own class if you're unwilling to read a small blurb and who we are and what we expect out of you?

Same here.  I don't mean to be picking on you, but hopefully future apps can gain some insight into how we look at these applications.  If we say that "We very rarely consider those without logs", why would you say you'd get some if they're needed?  They obviously are, we even include a link into how to set it up.

Arc,

To be honest, your gear is much too far behind what we would need to consider your application. For reference, Varg is our current paladin tank. We need someone similarly geared - we simply don't have time in this expansion to spend 2-3 weeks tossing everything your way to get you to a similar level.
