* What glyphs do you use for your main spec, what is your reasoning:
Glyph of Explosive Shot. This glyph increases the critical strike rating of Explosive Shot by 4%. Surv hunters are all about agility and crit and explosive shot is our main shot so this really increases my dps! Glyph of Serpent Sting. This glyph increases the duration that serpent sting is active by 6 seconds. This helps a lot so I can use more important shots such as Explosive Shot, Aimed Shot and Steady Shot to do more damage, rather then keeping up a dot. Glyph of Kill Shot. This glyph decreases the cool down on Kill Shot by 6 seconds. This brings the cool down on Kill Shot down to only 9 seconds! Kill Shot is a hunters most damaging shot and in my gear it crits for 30k! I find that this glyph increases my dps more then Glyph of Steady Shot.

Yes, Marksmanship - (7/57/7) I use my both of my specs for raiding. I do use survival most of the time because i love the play style of it so much more, but on some fights marks is just better. One of those fights is Festergut. I find survival being an " on the move " dps spec which means I don't lose much dps when i have to be very mobile in a fight. Festergut is a stand still fight, besides the spores, and marksman just obliterates survival in that fight.
* If you have a dual-spec are you proficient enough with your other spec to use it in a raid setting?:
Yes, I explained in the question above that I use both of my specs in a raid depending on the fight and what my job is in the fight. I do know how to play both specs very well and if need be I can be either spec at any time on any fight and it will not make a huge difference. But i switch for different fights because that little amount of dps can be what downs the boss

Ackord, 80 holy / ret paladin. Tyasi, 80 feral dps / feral tank druid. Sipe has been my main almost all through WotLK. However, my guild's main holy paladin wasn't able to raid so I had to take his spot for about 4 months and still have to use my paladin quite often. But i find this helps because if one raid we are over dps and need a good healer I'm there to fill in either spot and help complete the raid.
* List your previous guilds and why you left:
My very first guild was Legion of Light. There are a lot of awesome people in that guild but the majority of them are not. I left this guild because of the way they handed out loot and because of people's attitudes.
Endurance is the guild i am currently in. Almost all of them are awesome people but i am tired of the way our raids are going. I am tired of other people's stupidity holding us back from downing the bosses that actually require some amount of knowledge and paying attention. It would be different if they were doing what they were supposed to and it just wasn't happening for some reason. But, it's just ridiculous things over and over that wipe us and i think it will always be like that.
* Why Plaguechill? :
You guys have always been the guild that makes people go, WOAH I wish I was in that guild!! And you guys are the best raiders on the server. My favorite thing to do on WoW is raid. I want to see every bit of raid content there is and actually be able to down it! I LOVE downing a boss there is nothing like it in WoW. And you cannot do that when you can barely fill a 25 man raid and when you do its full of stupidity and just ridiculous boss attempts. I have ALWAYS wanted to be a raiding member of Plaguechill and I know that I am ready!

Yes. I don't have a job at the moment only school. These raid times are perfect for me and I can guarantee 90% raid attendance. I can't promise 100% because you never know when things will come up in rl,

No I do not. I have been trying to get my guild to switch to some kind of organized loot system for a while now. My guild basically gives away gear and doesn't even consider who and who doesn't deserve it! But, gear isn't the biggest thing in WoW. I LOVE getting new achievements and challenging myself in WoW. It's fun to change up the boss fights and make them even harder to get that really cool achievement.

I have a couple armor penetration pieces that i sometimes use when I go in my marks spec. I've got the needle encrusted scorpion that i sometimes swap out with other trinkets but that is very rare.

I do not have a log. I will record one when i raid next week but for now, no. I usually do 10-11k depending on the fight. I do 20k+ on trash, but that doesn't matter
. I don't have the best gear but I do very good dps for what I have. But besides dps, I have excellent raid survivability. I know how to play my class and use my racial spells very well (Stoneform). When we wipe on a boss I am always one of the last alive and still damaging the boss to get his health down as much as I can before the raid completely wipes. I typically never die in a fight unless somebody else screws up, like if an orange ooze catches somebody in Putricide.

Yes i have ventrilo and a mic. My computer is very good so no I hardly ever lag unless its server lag and I almost never dc.

Yes, I will take any advice to better myself. I'm constantly looking for ways to increase my damage and new techniques to make my raid awareness and survivability even better. I also have no problem giving constructive criticism. I have done it a lot in the past and can do it as much as needed in the future.
* What is your favorite boss encounter? Why?
Blood Queen Lana'thel. I love the fight mechanics and my favorite part is when you get bit and just start blowing up the damage. I love seeing the massive damage and crits I put out. I don't know why i love it so much exactly I just know that I could do that fight all day long.

Well, I'm 15 years old. I'll be 16 in December and will be driving so i can be even lazier and wont have to walk! woohoo! I have played guitar for 4 years and have a passion for music. My favorite music is any kind of rock or metal, and some rap like eminem. I'm looking for a job but I don't see that happening since most people don't hire anybody under 17 and sometimes 16. I've always got a positive attitude and like to have everybody as a friend. I'm a VERY social person. I'm not shy at all
* What else do you have to offer the guild?:
I always bring at least 1 full stack of elixirs to make sure I never run out, ( I use mighty agility and mighty thoughts elixirs) And a full stack of food. I always have 10k+ arrows in my bags as well so if anything came up I'm prepared! Also, gold isn't an issue to me on WoW, so if I had to completely re gem my gear or change any expensive enchants or anything of that sort its no problem.
Also, I am a very skilled player, even though I am 15. I can bring great dps to the guild and even an awesome healer. I can tank very well but I prefer ret over prot. I have a set for all 3 specs on my paladin. I have been playing WoW for 3 years now so I know whats up
